Installation is stuck and doesnt finish without error

Note of the developer… I was having the same problem, and read above somewhere… that if you try to reboot, and then [Cancel], you will see the “set up completed successfully” pop up.

I suspect that what’s happening is that it’s successfully completing, but the message box gets stuck behind the installer window. Forcing a reboot makes it a system message instead of an app message (because it’s blocking the shutdown), and brings it to the foreground.

For everyone whose install get stuck, but then it appears to be working properly… there’s every chance it was completely installed properly. And if this is the issue, it should be an easy fix.
