I can't seem to figure out why vjoy is missing after it seemingly coinstalls with propoplus. I've tried Uninstalling, installing vjoy by itself, then installing propoplus, removing instances of vjoy via the registry editor.
I'd appreciate some help, thank you.

This is a strange thing. SPP installs it's own vJoy so you don't need to worry about it. Uninstalling vJoy through the registry was not a good thing to do. I recommend uninstalling SPP then re-installing it. If you still cannot see vJoy please use the 'Device Manager' to find it. If it is not there, you will have to look in file setupapi.dev.log as explained in my site.
