Hi,
I have the joystick Sidewinder Force feedback 2 and when I install vjoy the force feedback work fine, but after I re-boot the force feedback stop to work.
There is no way to work again with the force feedback.
The only way is re-install again vjoy and the force feedback work again until I will not re-boot.
I have notice that microsoft was updated some registry key for force feedback, I remember that one year ago I was installed vjoy and the force feedback was work without any problems, but now there is this problem.
There is a way to fix it ? why there is this problem ?
Best Regards
Marco

The order of the devices (vJoy devices, Sidewinder Force feedback) is arbitrary and is perhaps changed after reboot. Instead of re-installing vJoy you can just disable/enable your vJoy device. Use vJoyConf or vJoyConfig to do it.

Dear Shaul,
Many thanks for your fast replay !!
I have already tried different times to disable and after enable with vJoyConf but the result not change.
To better understand the situation, I send more detailed informations:
One year ago I was installed the version 2.1.8.38 that was work perfectly (Force feedback included) and I was not found any issue.
After installed windows 2019 May updated (this is an auto update) the force feedback stop to work (the only way was re-install vjoy each time).
I installed the last version 2.1.9.1 and the force feedback never work and at this point I come back to previous version (2.1.8.38 and the force feedback work only until I will not re-boot).
It is clear that windows update was changed something that was interferes with vjoy but I don't known more ..
Any suggest ? there is a way to solve it ?
Thank you !
Marco

Hi Marco, I have a working implementation for simultaneous effects in my branch. This must be handled by the Feeder application, so if your feeder is not updated, you will not get any new effects. If you want to test it, I can provide you an installer and you can give it a try running your Windows in TESTSIGN mode. Best regards
