I have installed vJoy along with FreePIE and have 2 vJoy joysticks setup. I'm using freePIE to translate keyboard presses into joystick actions.
I can see both joysticks in the windows 10 game controllers panel. They work as intended in the test section of each devices properties (axis move, buttons get pressed). I can also see the devices working when I go html5gamepad.com (gamepad tester). However when I load a game no joysticks/gamepads are detected.
I'm a little confused as to why windows can see these as joysticks/gamepads but the games do not see them at all.
I have another computer with the same freePIE/vJoy setup with the same game and it works there, the game sees the joysticks.
The computers do have different hardware, however they are both running windows 10.
Any ideas?
