I would like to be able to emulate oculus touch trackpad input into skyrim vr, can I use vJoy to achieve this?

Hi, It depends how Oculus device is detected by the software. Usually a software can filter input devices based on PID/VID identification. If it is the case in your software, then vJoy will not be detected. A quick try will give you the answer: install vJoy, configure the vJoy device #1 with proper axis/buttons, apply. Then run vJoy Feeder apps and start your software to see if the emulated controller is detected.

Skyrim VR does not use Windows input devices (Gamepads, HOTAS, etc); it uses SteamVR's OpenVR API. So you cannot use vJoy to simulate input to Skyrim VR.
If you want to simulate input to Skyrim VR, you'll have to use the OpenVR driver API (https://github.com/ValveSoftware/openvr/wiki/Driver-Documentation) to implement a fake VR device for the controllers. OpenVR Input Emulator (https://github.com/matzman666/OpenVR-InputEmulator) may be of assistance here.
