I can't install vJoy for my wii U gamecube adapter on my windows 10 laptop. I have tried multiple fixes already. What is happening is that the installer will work normally until it gets to where it says "Installing vJoy device (May take up to five minutes)" and has a full green bar. Both windows of the installer will get stuck on the full green bar. Then I get a notification by Windows saying "a restart is required to finish installing." It never displays the certificate installation as it is supposed to. I have tried to restart, uninstall, and reinstall many times now. Each time, I'm making sure that I'm doing a "clean" reinstall and not leaving files behind. I also thought it may be that I needed to run as administrator (despite my account being an administrator) but that still didn't make it appear.
