Having vJoy installed (doesnt matter if its running or not) makes GTA San Andreas buggy. Whenever you try to aim a weapon, the crosshair goes all the way down and fights any mouse movements you make. If you use hydra, the thrusters automatically go to horizontal position as if you were pressing num 2 and there is no way to get them back down. The only way to fix these bugs is to uninstall vJoy and restart computer, but thats obviously an unacceptable solution.
This video nicely documents the aiming issue:

Seems like the game is selecting vJoy as its input by default. Can you select your input manually?

Sadly, no. I can just choose between joystick or mouse + keyboard.

Then you will have to disable vJoy when unneeded. vJoyConf has this option.

"Having vJoy installed (doesnt matter if its running or not)" vJoy is always "Running" - if a vJoy stick is enabled, it is always present.
Preview the vJoy stick in vJoy Monitor. You are looking for axes that are sat at one end of the scale instead of being in the middle - these are the likely cause of your issue.
Either disable the vJoy stick while playing GTA (Start->Configure vJoy, then disable all sticks) or disable the axes that are causing the problem
Failing that, do as virtual says and use the vJoy demo feeder to set the axes that rest at one end to 50% (middle)

Thanks for all the replies. Disabling vJoy fixed the issue. As for the axis, all I saw there was 3 of them resting at 50 % and the rest being blank (in the monitor). What I think might cause the problem in game is the "continuous" setting in the configurator or am I wrong? Anyway, could someone with a youtube account link this topic in the youtube video I posted or just write about the "enable vJoy" fix there? It would be much appreciated. When I create YT account and then delete it again, it deletes the message I posted and I dont intend to have any YT account indefinitely.
