Changes of Device Setup via vJoyConf don"t apply

Hi,

my Name is Patrick.

I recently wanted to update my vJoy + joycon-driver installation:
The Installation vJoy failed. The vJoy application was installed though, only the Driver was not installed correctly.
I read about that in some Forum Thread. So I started vJoyConf and pressed "Reset All". Now vJoy was able to install the driver.

Now I wanted to change the Device Setup from 8 to 32 Buttons via vJoyConf. As soon as I press "Apply", the driver is kicked out of the device manager and is is not installed any more. vJoyConf has all buttons grayed out.

setupapi.dev.log outputs some wired characters:

When I restart vJoyConf I can press "Reset All" again and it let"s me install the driver again, but changing the Device leads to the same Error.

It might be related to the previously installed Version of vJoy that might have not been uninstalled correctly.
The Device Manager seems to be clean.


I'm on Win10 with an Admin Account.

Maybe you have a further Idea.
