Problem Installing vjoy on new PC Oct 28, 2018 17:27:53 GMT

Hi everyone

I have been using my racing pedals as rudders using vjoy with ujr, I have upgraded PC and had to install new windows and now I can't install any more, not sure whats wrong, did the most common things like rebooting ect, uninstall ect, still the same, anyone can help
