First off, I don't expect to receive any help from this end, because I suspect the issue rather lies with the plugin, and it's probably impossible to determine what's going on without the plugin source, but I have not received any response from the plugin developer yet, so I thought I'd try here, too. I'm using the following third party plugin for ETS2, which improves the force feedback of my steering wheel. forum.scssoft.com/viewtopic.php?f=109&t=49772Unfortunately, having both this plugin and vJoy active at the same time causes the game to crash upon startup. Disabling vJoy does not seem to work either, althought I could have sworn it did at some point. Seem to be having some issues disabling it. Sometimes doesn't do anything until I reboot. I don't use vJoy for ETS2, but obviously uninstalling it every time is not an option.

Try disabling force feedback for the vJoy stick in the vJoy configuration tool. Try giving your steering wheel a lower ID than the vJoy stick using PJP JoyIDs

I had indeed tried disabled FFB before. The tool also did not seem to help, sadly. Thanks anyway.

Going to post this in the event that someone gets the same issue.
I had incorrectly thought that vJoy was not fully disabled when I attempted to do so, due to the game still crashing. However I've finally figured out that Steam controller configuration also causes the same crash. Fortunately Steam controller configuration can be disabled per game. I'm going to try to use the Windows task scheduler to disable and enable vJoy when I start and exit ETS2. It's not ideal, but it works.

Interesting. Please update when done. Perhaps a detailed description of the task scheduler script(?).
