Hi, Before you tell me, yes i look through the forum and googled it lot of time, but i'm not able to found a solution for this prob. I'm on a win7x64 and i tried everything i know before post a message here. Btw, the most requested files (aka dxdiag and setupapi.dev.log) is linked down here. The log file you attached (setupapi.devvjoy.log) gives as a clue as for the problem.
The first line I highlight says that the system thinks that vJoy is some kind of keyboard ('SaiK2026') and that it cannot find a class driver for it. The last one says that if so - it cannot install it. I have no idea why this happens. Have made changes to one of vJoy files? Such as INF or CAT files.

No. You supplied me with the file I needed. Try to uninstall this special keyboard (V5). Otherwize I have no idea.

I look for a program named special keyboard (or just keyboard) in ccleaner and also for device in device manager.
I found nothing.
btw my keyboard is a Mad Catz V5 Keyboard, it's a old one.

Hi shaun, i look by myself and i found something, package info for vjoy have a class named SaiK2026 like in my log. If vjoy installer use this file, should i try to delete it before installing or it's a bad idea ? i wont touch file in win system whitout your opinion. Also, i look for saik2026 and it's the file.inf of my keyboard driver, but i cant uninstall it right ?

I suspect you are using a hacked version of vJoy. Take a look at file vjoy.inf. Does it contain the text "SaiK2026"? If it does then it is hacked. You should certainly remove this wrong vJoy installation using pnputil as explained here.
