I have a keyboard-encoded Xtension two-player controller that I'm trying to use with Steam. I was referred to VJoy, but am having some trouble figuring out how to use it. After I install the driver, what do I do?
I tried to go by this tutorial, but I don't seem to have the "VJoy Virtual Joystick Settings" screen that they show:

For reference, I'm on Windows 10, 1803.
